- 1 banana
- tahini – hazelnut, sunflower, sesame…
- popped amaranth for sprinkling
HOW TO PREPARE THEM:
Cut the banana into large (even) circles. Glaze a circle with tahini and sprinkle with amaranth. Stick this circle to another one and put a walnut on top. Do the same for the rest. Consume it immediately for the best taste. Ideal for guests, for an afternoon snack or before a workout.
