INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 carrot, peeled with a peeler
  • a few field mushrooms, stir-fried in olive oil
  • 150 g boiled chickpeas
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • red cabbage (according to your taste)

Dressing:

  • turnip mustard
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil

 

HOW TO PREPARE IT:

Cut the iceberg and all the other ingredients in a bowl and pour the dressing over them. Voilà, bon appétit!
