INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 soup spoon coconut butter
  • 1 soup spoon honey
  • 3 soup spoons cocoa (or carob powder)
  • 150 mL nut milk or water

 

HOW TO PREPARE IT:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and process to a homogeneous mixture. Pour the mixture in small bowls/shapes and put them in the fridge for a while.
