INGREDIENTS:

  • 150-200 g pumpkin
  • ½ apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 pear
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tea spoon chia seeds
  • 1 tea spoon flaxseed

 

HOW TO PREPARE IT:

Juice the apple, carrot, ginger and pumpkin in a juicer. Pour it with the other ingredients in a blender and blend to perfection. I prepare the smoothie only in a blender. It is great, nevertheless ☺
