INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 young coconuts (they are bigger and whiter – their green skin has been removed)
  • 2 probiotic capsules

 

HOW TO PREPARE IT:

Finely blend the coconut water and the soft flesh of the coconuts until they turn into a smooth cream (blending warms the mixture). Add the two probiotic capsules and blend for 2 more minutes. Pour the mixture in small jars and leave it for one night (either in the oven at a low temperature – 50°C (120°F) or cover the jars with a thick blanket).

On the next morning, put the yogurt in the fridge for a couple of hours. The mixture has a soft and pleasant bitter taste.
