INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 soup spoons raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 soup spoons paddy sesame (unpeeled raw sesame)
  • 1 soup spoon honey
  • 1 soup spoon carob powder
  • 250 mL water

 

HOW TO PREPARE IT:

Soak the sesame and the seeds from the previous day. Mix everything together and blend well. The result is a delectable smoothie. If you add some water, the smoothie can be consumed as a cream. Instead of honey, you can put a couple of dates or raisins.
