INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 1 coffee cup almonds (around 100 g)
  • 1 coffee cup hazelnuts
  • 1 coffee cup cashew
  • Different seeds (I put sunflower, pumpkin, flax and sesame seeds)
  • 50 g – goji berry
  • 100 g dates
  • 1/2 coffee cup desiccated coconut or coconut flakes

 

HOW TO PREPARE IT:

Soak everything from the previous night. In a food processor or a blender, blend the nuts, dates, goji berry and coconut flakes. After that, mix with the seeds and spread over a parchment paper in a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for around 30 minutes. The mixture can be dehydrated or rolled in small balls. I cut the bars beforehand, but if you do it after the baking, you should wait until it has cooled down.
