INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 apples
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 beetroot
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 mandarin orange (mandarine)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tea spoon chia seeds
  • 1 tea spoon flaxseeds

 

HOW TO PREPARE IT:

Juice the apples, carrots, red pepper, beetroot, and lemon in a juicer. Put the other ingredients and the juice in a blender and process. If the smoothie is made only in a blender, half all the quantities and add some water 😉 Ideal for two persons.
