• 300-400 g chickpeas (soaked in advance)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red pepper
  • ¼ leek stalk
  • ½ zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Himalaya salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chili pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Cumin
  • 1 tea spoon olive oil



Soak the chickpeas in advance from the previous day. Finely dice the vegetables and steam-fry for a minute in the olive oil. Add the chickpeas, water (around 500 mL) and let them simmer. When the vegetables and the chickpeas are almost ready, season them with the condiments (according to your taste) and let them simmer for another 10 minutes.
