INGREDIENTS:

1-2 slices of wholewheat bread with leaven
½ avocado
1 tomato or cherry tomatoes 6-7
parsley
pepper
Himalayan salt – up to 1 g.
lemon
1-2 carrots / peppers / or other vegetables

HOW TO PREPARE:

Cut the toast. Take a ripe avocado and mash it with a fork, the resulting cream can be stirred with lemon juice (optional) and then spread on a toast. Cut the tomatoes, put them on top of the avocado spread, add the desired spices and voila!
