INGREDIENTS (2 servings):

  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 2, 3 nuts (soaked in advance)
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp sprouting spelled / 4.5 tablespoons oatmeal (pre-soaked)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp coconut oil / hemp oil
  • 1/2 tsp bee pollen (I sprinkle it on top)

Optional additions:

  • 1 tsp raw cacao
  • 1/3 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

HOW TO PREPARE

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Voila!
