  1. DRINK WATER THROUGHT THE DAY AND LEMON WATER IN THE MORNING

Upon waking up give yourself a fresh start to the day by drinking lukewarm water with the juice of ½ lemon. Lemon water has a very good effect on the body – it improves digestion, cleanses the body, boosts the immune system, gives you energy, and helps you lose weight. Lemons are very rich in fibres, pectin, and Vitamin C which will help your skin to shine.

Water is crucial for us. Therefore, it is very important to drink more than enough of it, especially during the summer. Water helps us clear the waste products that our bodies produce by stimulating sweating and urination. Along with aiding us in discharging toxins, water also helps to reduce the amount of stored fats.

 

  1. RUN OR HAVE A SHORT WALK IN THE MORNING

Spending 20-30 minutes on a short walk or jog in the park (or wherever it’s convenient for you) will allow you to enjoy many health benefits.

When you start the day with physical activity, you are waking the body by stimulating its metabolism. Thus, your body will be more active during the whole day and will be filled with lots of energy, not to mention that you will have some valuable “alone time”.

In addition, you will aid in it cleaning itself allowing it to function much better. You will be thanking yourself later!

 

  1. WALK AND EXERCISE REGULARLY

Even if you only do 15 minutes a day, save yourself some time to do some exercise – climb stairs, do squats or crunches, do yoga or go outside and walk around!

Our bodies love moving; we are not created to remain still. Hence, let’s reward our bodies with more walking, running, and any other forms of regular exercise.

Our bodies are very sensitive and when we think about negative things, we change the entire internal environment of our body and we become much more susceptible to illnesses, fatigue, and stress. Therefore, it is a good idea to think positively to maintain our healthy mind-set, and instead of overloading ourselves with negative thoughts and emotions, strive to be good-humoured and to focus the body and the life we truly want and deserve.

Doing so will make us happier, much more confident, and therefore, healthier. The reality around us is the product of our thoughts, so be careful about how you think, as well as how you treat yourself.
