is an educational project created by the Health for My Mother Foundation, founded in early 2016, with one simple mission – fight obesity and advance, support, and promote health. This objective is reached by providing grants to health initiatives, forming partnerships with health and community leaders, advocating for policy change, and sharing high-quality educational materials on health-related topics.  These topics can include forming healthy habits, dealing with harmful toxins, losing weight naturally, treating obesity, and much more.

Few facts and figures on why we started this project:

  • Worldwide obesity has more than doubled since 1980.
  • In 2014, more than 1.9 billion adults, 18 years and older, were overweight. Of these over 600 million were obese.
  • 39% of adults aged 18 years and over were overweight in 2014, and 13% were obese.
  • Most of the world’s population live in countries where overweight and obesity kills more people than underweight.
  • 41 million children under the age of 5 were overweight or obese in 2014.
  • At least 2.8 million people dying each year as a result of being overweight or obese. Once associated with high-income countries, obesity is now also prevalent in low- and middle-income countries.

We at the Health for My Mother Foundation have created Nutrimight because we believe that any big shift in human behaviour starts with a passionate community, along with proper, objective, and scientifically-proven information on what works and what doesn’t with regard to your health.

Moreover, we believe that by creating a community of passionate health enthusiasts who share their knowledge with the world, more people will then be inspired to take action and improve the way they live.
